5. Google Analytics
Silvana uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website.
Google Analytics may process page views, navigation events, device and browser information, referral information, approximate location, engagement data and pseudonymous identifiers. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_<container-id>, to distinguish visitors and preserve session state.
Google may receive an IP address while processing a request. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
Silvana does not intentionally send names, email addresses, wallet addresses, party identifiers, form contents, private keys, seed phrases or signing data to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is treated as an optional analytics service. Where consent is required, it is not activated until you choose to allow analytics through Cookie Settings. You can withdraw that choice at any time.
6. Microsoft Clarity
Silvana uses Microsoft Clarity on public website pages to understand how visitors navigate and interact with the site.
Clarity can collect clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, page dimensions, browser and device information, technical errors, navigation events and information required to generate heatmaps and reconstructed session playback. Clarity uses pseudonymous identifiers and may set cookies including _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM.
Clarity session playback is a reconstruction based on page structure and interaction events, not a camera recording of you. Privacy-sensitive fields are masked by the provider, and Silvana configures masking and route exclusions intended to prevent private form, wallet, signing, account and transaction content from being captured.
Silvana does not intentionally use Clarity to record credentials, private keys, seed phrases, wallet signing content, private messages or sensitive transaction details. Clarity should not be enabled on authenticated or sensitive application routes unless a separate privacy and security review has been completed.
Clarity is treated as an optional experience analytics service. Where consent is required, it is not activated until you choose to allow it through Cookie Settings. You can withdraw that choice at any time.
7. Forms, email and Resend
Silvana uses Resend to send newsletters, form notifications and other email communications.
When you submit a form or subscribe, Silvana and Resend may process your email address, name, company, message, communication preference, submission time, delivery status, bounce information, complaint information and unsubscribe status.
We use this information to:
- Deliver the communication you requested.
- Respond to your message.
- Confirm or manage a subscription.
- Diagnose failed delivery.
- Maintain suppression records so that an unsubscribe is respected.
- Protect forms and email systems from abuse.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Service, security or transaction-related notices may still be sent where necessary.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies help operate the website, remember choices, measure use and improve the experience.

The exact cookies present can vary by domain, browser, consent choice and product configuration. The live Cookie Settings panel should be treated as the current operational inventory.
8.3 Your cookie choices
You can accept, reject or manage optional cookies through Cookie Settings in the footer.
Necessary technologies remain active because the website or requested feature cannot operate reliably without them. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from viewing the public website, but some analytics or experience features will not operate.
Deleting browser storage may remove your saved preference, in which case the site may ask again.

10. International data transfers
Silvana and its providers may process personal data in countries other than the country where you are located.
Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Silvana uses an available lawful mechanism. Depending on the provider and destination, this may include an adequacy decision, participation in an approved data protection framework, standard contractual clauses, contractual protections or another permitted safeguard.
You may contact hello@silvana.one for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.

12. Security
Silvana uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, misuse and disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, encryption, logging, environment separation, secure development practices, incident response and vendor review.
No online system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, account credentials, wallet, private keys, seed phrases and signing environment.
Silvana will never ask you to send a wallet seed phrase or private key through a public website form, chat message or unsolicited email.
13. Wallets and distributed networks
Transactions and network interactions can involve data that is recorded by independent network participants.
Depending on the network, records may be distributed, persistent and outside Silvana’s unilateral control. Silvana may therefore be unable to alter or erase information that has already been validly written to a distributed network.
You should avoid embedding unnecessary personal information in transaction fields, memo fields, agent configurations or other network records.

To submit a request, email hello@silvana.one with the subject Privacy Request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account.
15. Additional information for residents of certain US states
If applicable law grants you additional rights, you may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected, the sources and purposes of collection, the categories of recipients, correction, deletion and a portable copy.
Silvana does not sell personal data for money and does not use personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
